The products sold by Refabz are refurbished in France, near Lyon, in our refurbishment workshops.

Our goal: to provide access to high-quality computer equipment at a reasonable price! It all started with a simple observation: most of the computer equipment that gets thrown away is actually still in working order or can be repaired!

What is refurbishment

At this time, we deliver exclusively to mainland France (unfortunately, excluding Corsica).

Fast shipping with tracking: delivered within 2–3 business days, with signature required upon delivery

Our products are refurbished to order to better meet your needs. Some products, such as printers, may require additional time before they can be shipped.

Is there a problem with my product?

If you encounter any issues with your product during the warranty period, please submit a service request.

How do I submit a service request?

Log in to your account and go to the "My Orders" section. Click on your order and select the item for which you need customer service at the bottom of the page. Send us a quick message explaining the issue you're having. We'll get back to you as soon as possible to address the issue with your device.

- If your device is password-protected, be sure to give us the password (it’ll stay between us! Cross my heart!)

- Be sure to back up your device's data to an external storage device or to the cloud!

- If you're using an iPhone, MacBook, or iPad, don't forget to sign out of your iCloud account and turn off location services on your device!

How long is the warranty on refurbished products?

We offer products with a warranty ranging from 6 months (for certain replacement parts) to 12 months, with the option to extend the warranty for an additional 12 months.

This commercial warranty is in addition to the statutory warranties of conformity and against hidden defects.
