Products sold by Refabz are reconditioned in France, near Lyon, in our refurbishment workshops.
What are the values of Refabz ?
Our aim: to provide access to sensible computer equipment at a reasonable price! It all started with an observation: most discarded computer equipment is actually functional or repairable!

What is refurbishment ?
refurbishment means giving a second life to a device that has already been used. To obtain "refurbished" status, appliances must go through a refurbishment process in our workshop, which concludes with checkpoints to ensure the quality of our products.

All these steps are carried out in our refurbishment workshops in Lyon, by our specialized technicians.
Why choose refurbished ?
Our desire to refurbishment began with the realization that most professional IT equipment was being shelved or sent for premature destruction. On closer inspection, we realized that this equipment was totally viable and could be given a new lease of life through our refurbishment process.
You may choose refurbished products refurbished budgetary reasons, as the price of a refurbished device refurbished be up to 70% lower than that of New. But you may also choose them for environmental reasons. Every refurbished purchase refurbished one New device produced unnecessarily.
What's the difference with second-hand products?
A second-hand appliance is resold in its original condition, without cleaning, inspection or repair, and above all with a random warranty (especially between private individuals)! In contrast, a refurbished device is 100% functional and comes with a commercial warranty of at least 1 year! A Refabz refurbished appliance undergoes a complete refurbishment process before being put back on the market, which further extends its lifespan.
Are the appliances cleaned?
Each refurbished appliance is thoroughly cleaned by our technicians before being sent to you.
Is the former user's data completely deleted (RGPD).
In compliance with RGPD rules, each refurbished device is completely wiped clean, with all the former user's data permanently deleted.

How are grades awarded?
We classify our refurbished appliances on a grade scale: A, B and C. Our technicians base their refurbishment grades on a careful analysis of the appliance.
What grades are available?
We have three grades of refurbishment :
Grade A - Very good condition
Grade B - Good condition
Grade C - Correct state

Do the grades affect the operation of the device?
No, refurbishment grades only concern the aesthetic aspect of the device. All refurbished appliances are 100% functional!
It's not nice, but it's just a question of looks! So why not give the less attractive a chance? After all, we've always been told not to judge a book by its cover!

My delivery
Where can I get delivery?
For the moment, we deliver exclusively to mainland France (with the exception of Corsica, unfortunately).
What are our delivery times?
Standard delivery with tracking: within 4 working days.
Fast delivery with tracking: within 2 to 3 working days with delivery against signature
Our products are reconditioned to order to better meet your expectations. Some products, such as printers, may require additional time before shipment.
Service and warranties
I have a problem with my product?
If you encounter a problem with your product within the warranty period, we invite you to fill out an after-sales service request form.
How do I make a service request?
Log in to your account, in the "My orders" section. Click on your order and select the item concerned by the after-sales service request at the bottom of the page. Send us a short message explaining your problem. We'll get back to you as soon as possible to take care of your device.
A few important details:
- If your device is password-protected, please let us know (we'll keep it to ourselves, I promise!).
- Don't forget to back up your device data on external media or in the cloud!
- In the case of an iPhone, MacBook or iPad, don't forget to disconnect your iCloud account and disable your device's location!
How long are reconditioned products guaranteed?
We offer products with a commercial warranty of between 6 months (for certain spare parts) and 12 months, with the possibility of extending the commercial warranty for a further 12 months.
This commercial warranty is in addition to the legal warranties of conformity and latent defects.

You have 30 days to change your mind!
Log in to your account under "My orders". Click on your order and select the item concerned by your request. Send us a short message in the dedicated space at the bottom of the page. We'll get back to you as soon as possible to validate your return.
Return your order in its original packaging to the following address :

As soon as we receive the device, we check it and if everything is in order, we issue a full refund.
