A quick and smooth transaction from start to finish. I called customer service before placing my order to get some information and request a specific configuration. Julien took the time to contact the technical department directly and confirmed that he would set it up for me at no extra cost. I spoke with him right after placing my order, and he confirmed the customization of my order. Three days later, I had my MacBook Pro, and everything works perfectly.

Great smartphone experience
Good experience. Fast, efficient shipping, and well-packaged. The smartphone is in excellent condition and works perfectly. The person I spoke with on the phone was very helpful, which is rare these days.

Refabz responds quickly if there is a problem
Very satisfied despite a delivery issue. The package was held up by the carrier with no explanation. Refabz was very responsive and resolved the issue quickly. It’s nice to deal with real people rather than robots (which is becoming increasingly rare). So five stars.

The MacBook Pro I ordered was listed as Grade C, so I was expecting a few scratches, but there wasn't a single one. I had a problem activating the keyboard language, so I called them and they resolved the issue right away. The packaging in the shipping box was perfect. Honestly, I recommend them, and I might just place another order with them.
