A quick and smooth transaction from start to finish. I called customer service before placing my order to get some information and request a specific configuration. The MacBook Pro I ordered was listed as Grade C, so I was expecting a few scratches, but there wasn't a single one. I had a problem activating the keyboard language, so I called them and they resolved the issue right away. The packaging in the shipping box was perfect. Honestly, I recommend them, and I might just place another order with them.

Refabz responds quickly if there is a problem
Very satisfied despite a delivery issue. The package was held up by the carrier with no explanation. Refabz was very responsive and resolved the issue quickly. It’s nice to deal with real people rather than robots (which is becoming increasingly rare). So five stars.
