Current satisfaction; to be continued.

I'm satisfied with this purchase for now: It arrived at its destination fairly quickly. Aside from a few minor cosmetic flaws (small scratches here and there) that are perfectly acceptable, the computer runs smoothly. The price is attractive given its performance. This is my first refurbished purchase. I'm waiting to see how it holds up over time when it's in full use. Satisfied for now.

What a pleasant surprise!

For my studies, I needed to get a new computer. On a tight budget, I decided to try a refurbished model refurbished the first time and went with a 16-inch MacBook Pro M3 Max in "Premium" condition. The experience was perfect: the package arrived in just two days, with the original box in excellent condition. Inside, the Mac and its accessories were still wrapped in their original protective films. The machine is flawless: no scratches, only 4 charge cycles, and a battery at 100% capacity. Even though the site might seem a bit austere (or even “sketchy”) at first glance, the positive reviews convinced me, and I have absolutely no regrets. I recommend Refabz without hesitation!

Great as always!

Delivered in 48 hours; the Dell laptop was in great condition despite being a Grade C model. Installing Debian Linux went smoothly, and it boots up in 15 seconds thanks to the SSD. The option to customize the RAM and SSD when ordering is a huge plus. The selection is great. It’s a pleasure to use refurbished hardware refurbished comes with a warranty. This is my 4th or 5th purchase from Refabz—either for myself or friends… I’m hooked!

Positive experience with refurbished products

I ordered a 2021 MacBook Pro in Grade A condition, and it's like New All the ports work, and it comes with the charger. The battery is at 91% capacity. Fast shipping (2 days). We'll have to wait and see if the laptop gives me any trouble, but for now, I highly recommend this site, especially since they're based in France.

Great platform

Great platform for finding a good computer. I bought a Grade C computer with a crack and visible damage, but to my surprise, there was just a tiny scratch that you can’t see—or only very, very barely. The MacBook Pro I ordered was listed as Grade C, so I was expecting a few scratches, but there wasn't a single one. I had a problem activating the keyboard language, so I called them and they resolved the issue right away. The packaging in the shipping box was perfect.
